Flexible Cost

Blocks of 5 hours are sold at a discounted rate, on an annual contract.

Software solutions may be consolidated into your annual contract (this is optional).

Routine Maintenance 

A portion of your annual hours is allocated to Routine Maintenance, which includes:

  • Verifying Backups
  • Reviewing and Updating Settings
  • Performing Software Update Interventions


On-Demand Support 

Use your remaining hours for On-Demand Support.

Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST (excluding holidays).
