Your Synology NAS also backs up your Microsoft 365 Tenant.

OneDrive for Business should not be confused with OneDrive Personal.  OneDrive for Business is centrally managed in your Microsoft Tenant.  Ensuring your company always has control over user files.

Organizational Cloud Storage with SharePoint: 

SharePoint is more than storage; it's a comprehensive document management solution. It is a centralized data storage system for your company.  Safely store &  share your companies: documents, videos, images, and data.  

It offers version history for Office documents, allowing you to restore previous versions effortlessly.
